Customer Service Policy

We will do our best to ensure that the products listed in the shopping cart are in stock at the time of order. If a product is not available when you order, we will advise you within 24 hours by email or telephone, and depending on your requirements, backorder the product or provide you with a full refund. If orders are placed during non-business hours or on week ends it may be slightly longer before we can get back to you.

Italy Online™ Shipping & Handling Practices

Italy Online™ will deliver any where in Australia. We use a combination of Australia Post Express Post and couriers for our deliveries. All parcels must be signed for, and will not be left on the premises. Please supply a day time address.

Please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery depending on the product ordered and area of delivery.

Payment Options

A Westpac VISA or MasterCard credit card is not required to take advantage of this secure service.
